eTelecare’s 500+ South Mountain employees provide technical support, customer service and inbound sales for a leading wireless provider and desktop/laptop PC manufacturer.

…In other words, our technical support employees answer questions, give advice and solve problems for customers who call in from across the country about their computers.

Sales employees help customers upgrade their wireless plans, select the right product and get to take advantage of special promotions.
